Steven C Petrarca
President
Steve has more than 25 years of executive management and advisory experience, in which he has worked with creditors and businesses of various sizes and financial health. His assignments have included interim management roles, business valuations, operational wind-downs, bankruptcy 363 sales, and a variety of recapitalization/refinancing transactions.
Steve has extensive industry experience in Manufacturing, Health Care, Technology, Distribution, Retail and Professional Services. In addition to providing material guidance to clients, he has advised lenders on workout strategies and complex real estate transactions. Steve holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and his strengths include finance/accounting, modeling, strategic planning, and creditor negotiations.
